Once the offer to purchase was accepted it was difficult to work with my realtor. Repairs that were in the addendum are still not complete after closing on the house. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication. I was not satisfied with the entire process. I will be using a different relator for future real estate transactions. This was my first homeowner purchase so it was disheartening to be stressed out throughout the process.

Amanda Lamb was a phenomenal buyers agent. This was my first time purchasing a home and I chose her because of how motivated and knowledgeable she was. Being in the mortgage industry I know a lot of realtors and I made a wise decision to give Amanda a shot. She was very professional and precise. While being a buyers agent she gave me insight on the best way to negotiate price. She showed me numerous properties at a short notice. In this industry if you wait then you can lose the house of your dreams in a minute.I ended up paying less than the listing price and received seller paid closing costs. If you're looking to sell or buy a home Amanda is the best person to go to!
