Amanda, did more than just help sell our New Construction. She created a amazing logo to brand our new partnership as builders for both NC and SC . She created videos to help give our listing the best exposure possible for all social platforms. Her CMA was spot on with the pricing she suggested. We were pleased with having Amanda Lamb as our realtor. She assisted us in buying our home in Brunswick Plantation. Amanda listened to us and found what we were looking for in a new home. She taught us important features necessary to look for in homes along the North Carolina coast. The navigation of important paperwork was also easier with her assistance. Amanda coordinated with the realtor selling our home to have both closings on the same day. This allowed us to save money by not needing to temporarily rent a home or store furniture. The process of buying a home went smoothly with Amanda as our realtor. We highly recommend her to help with buying or selling a home.

Once the offer to purchase was accepted it was difficult to work with my realtor. Repairs that were in the addendum are still not complete after closing on the house. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication. I was not satisfied with the entire process. I will be using a different relator for future real estate transactions. This was my first homeowner purchase so it was disheartening to be stressed out throughout the process.

Amanda Lamb was a phenomenal buyers agent. This was my first time purchasing a home and I chose her because of how motivated and knowledgeable she was. Being in the mortgage industry I know a lot of realtors and I made a wise decision to give Amanda a shot. She was very professional and precise. While being a buyers agent she gave me insight on the best way to negotiate price. She showed me numerous properties at a short notice. In this industry if you wait then you can lose the house of your dreams in a minute. I ended up paying less than the listing price and received seller paid closing costs. If you're looking to sell or buy a home Amanda is the best person to go to!
